Hi my name is Kimberly Collins I am 34 years old I had my tubes tied when I was 26 years old thinking that I want one any more kids because I had got married and thinking that person was my forever but I was wrong when I met my fiance Marquise McCullum I knew we was going to be together for a long time we have been together for six years we’ve been talking about getting this procedure done but I gave up about 5 years ago the first year of my relationship we was thinking about tubal reversal but it seems to be too counseling so as time went by I start having these horrible pains I thought it was normal so I continue to go home about my life but it seem to get worse and worse I went I when to the women’s clinic and I found out that i been diagnosed with Endometriosis I’ve been trying to find ways for about 5 years to get this paid for I just need a little bit of help to help me pay for this I already have the kids but me and him want kids together I hope you guy help me
